Amendments to the Renewable Energy Approvals Regulation (Ontario Regulation 359/09) proposal only states “demand for electricity” and does not specify whether this term applies to capacity or energy. We would appreciate if the Ministry could specify whether the demand for electricity applies to capacity or energy.
