Have you guys lost your minds. This policy will not stop anything. You need to control all bait that crosses the border except worms. We fly from the border up over 200 miles and cross multiple zones....does this mean the airplane has to stop to get bait. You are going to cut alot of people out of jobs and income by this half baked idea and it will affect nothing. You also are going to ruin tourist businesses like mine that have been around for a long time. Our guests rely on live Ontario bait to have great success on their fly in trip to wabakimi park. You will affect their catch rate and thus our business. The novice angler likes salted minnows, live minnows ,leeches and crawlers to enhance his Ontario experience keep greater tabs on the minnow men to ensure no exotic species are introduced. It seems you have not thought this one out completely and all the affects it will have on the economy of North west ontario.
