Please do not repeal the Climate Change Mitigation and Low-carbon Economy Act, 2016 and eliminate the carbon tax program without a plan ready to implement in it's place.

We MUST drastically reduce our carbon emissions and putting a price on these emissions is the most effective way to do this. Perhaps there is a more effective way to do this than the current carbon tax program, but lets figure that out before eliminating what we already have. Given what is at risk, something is better than nothing!
