No. No no no no no. Things are too far gone with climate change to ax a program that focuses on reducing carbon emissions. This is the time to ratchet up the measures put in place to reduce this emissions, not to cut these programs. This is negligence and pandering in the extreme and it shows me you literally do not care about the future of the planet. No no no no no.
