To the best of my knowledge, there has been no communication (written, meetings) with the community about this proposal.

Surely, there must be a requirement for communication, particularly if the Approval includes the addition of new or previously unapproved sources of emissions.

I respectfully request that any comment period be extended until proper communications have occurred with the community.

We support a holistic approach to any facility. To the extent that this is merely an administrative "clean-up" of multiple approvals and would have the effect of improving our air quality or, at least, not making it worse, this proposal makes sense.

However, to the extent that new approvals are being issued for activities that did not previously have approvals, the community would like to have information on this to understand the impact on us.

In addition, to the extent that waste products are used in the raw materials or in the fuel, we believe there should be a waste management approval - does this facility have such an approval and if not, why not?

Also, if for any reason, the approvals have the effect of increasing emissions beyond provincial maximums, we would like information on why this facility should be treated in a special way.

It is unclear what the expiry dates are on the approvals.

It appears that the only way for the community to access the supporting materials is if we go to downtown Toronto to view them. I do not believe this is reasonable
