Feedback in this comment requests changes to land use zoning in the Major Transit Station Area (MTSA) for the Town of Grimsby GO Train Station in the Region of Niagara.

Changes that will maximize the opportunity for the Grimsby Planned Higher Order Transit Station to facilitate growth as outlined in the Ontario Build More Homes Faster Act 2022. That is, legislate a mechanism to allow for Towns like Grimsby or Regions like Niagara to expand their Urban Settlement Boundary Areas to provide for inclusive housing projects in a Transit Oriented Community (or TOC) into the Greenbelt boundary for lands that are in a MTSA.
