The company is trying to get away without an assessment because of an outdated policy. They should have to have an environmental assessment done. This site is very close to a beautiful well maintained village. The residents have taken great pride in their community. It’s also part of the underground rail road with Uncle Toms cabin located there. The fact that they want a dump so close to the Uncle Toms cabin site it shouldn’t be allowed.
