Regarding the policy of providing/keeping receipts for bait purchased, in NWOntario, you are allowed to trap/keep 10 dozen minnows per person for personal usage. Please tell me how this will work? The regulations are meant to stop/curtail invasive species(impossible unless you remove all the birds that fly lake to lake)...must we regulate EVERYTHING?. Obviously this will be very difficult and time consuming to enforce it is only creating more unnecessary issues for the MNR officers but also to the average fishermen.
