I live in Norfolk County- Waterford. There is so much building happening that the schools are over crowded. There is extra dust being kicked up into the air, and ground is getting washed out in the rain, that didn't happen previously.

The joy of living in the country, with a plot of land, and ample space between houses; is one of the best parts of being a part of this community. Now there are a bunch of people complaining about quads, dirt bikes, and hunters that are a natural part of living in the country.

Wildlife is getting pushed out of their natural habitat. Once the new developments started people were complaining about dogs making noise late in the evening/early mornings. These were actually coyotes howling and barking at each other.

Leave the space the way it is, and develop in a city that has destitute buildings that need to be replaced.
