Please note there is a application in the Simcoe, Ontario Superior Court for the conduct of the council in the passing of the bylaw to amend the official act. Of particular note is my deputation which I have attached. Keys issues is there was a number of oral deputation on May 22, 2024 and there was 18 written deputation including my own. Issues such as water supply which the county in 2021 identified as high risk the sewage treatment of located in a environmental sensitive area with a water course behind it. I believe the bylaw should not be approved until such time as the court have review the conduct of council including the notice period provide to the community to make depautation.
