In light of the dire warnings in the latest report on climate change, I ask that you reconsider your hasty plan to kill cap and trade in this province. Until you have a better plan to curb carbon emissions, it would be counterproductive to kill an existing plan. We are already seeing the Ill effects of a warming planet in the number and intensity of storms worldwide. We must do all that we can to reverse this problem for the sake of future generations. Your actions to date have been steps in the wrong direction and we need strong leadership to reverse or mitigate these effects.
