Move the entire HDV emissions inspections test to MTO National Safety Code 11B carrier annual safety inspections. Garages across the province are already certified to inspection for emission control equipment as part of the MTO CVOR program. Provide them with the new HDV emissions testing equipment and get the test done at the same garage. One inspection - one day - one price!
