Plastic water bottles should be banned. The moratorium on further water drawing from our wells by businesses that profit from the sale of this water should be permanent. Water is not a commodity.
Allowing the sale of bottled water in our province is an embarrassment, it should be stopped immediately.
Plastic for these bottles is made from a finite resource and there are better uses for it.
