Well I understand what you are trying to do in my opinion this is being done the wrong way. The bait industry doesn't want invasive species in the lakes as it will cost them money. Let's start looking at water bombers, the public and various other areas. Also banning bait in provincial parks just means people will smuggle it.in. will there be an increased enforcement aspect to go along with This?
