I live in Bloor West Village…

I live in Bloor West Village. The bike lanes are a disaster. Our roads are too narrow to have bike lanes on both sides of the street with lanes of parking on both sides as well. There are very few bicycle riders in the stretch between Runnymede and Jane. I can’t imagine how the snow will be plowed this winter. Taxis cannot stop to let seniors and persons with disabilities out along this stretch in safety. The traffic is continuously stalled due to cars attempting right and left turns. I’m not opposed to bike lanes per say but Bloor West is not set up for bike lanes. Although it appears to be a municipal issue, I’m not opposed to having the province step in to monitor things.
