As a recreational sailor and swimmer this location is a terrible place to create a new sewer outflow, as it will be directly in the channel where individuals swim, row, canoe, and sail. Also due to the location, the sewage will not be able to properly disperse in the water and will get stuck in the channel causing bad smells and have negative impacts on the already sensitive natural ecosystem in the area.

Please DO NOT do this.
