I am commenting on the proposal for an interim combined sewer to support development at 955 Lake Shore Boulevard (Ontario Place). I am OPPOSED to this proposal.
1. It is rushed and does not integrate with longterm proposals for revising stormwater runoff into Lake Ontario.
2. As a result it is not cost efficient
3. Discharge of raw sewage into Lake Ontario violates the international Great Lakes Treaty with the USA
4. The effluent is jeopardising CNE plans for water-based activities.
5. The effluent creates health risks for all the many recreational activities in the west channel - a very important site for many condo and apartment residents. It violates Public Health safety.

Please withdraw this poorly planned , rushed proposal.
