I think rushing through…

I think rushing through safety measures to install a limited use spa is a terrible idea (especially given there is a significant lack of community support for this spa in the first place). This will have a huge negative impact on local wildlife who live near or swim in the proposed location, people in the surrounding neighborhoods, and create a stink that permeates the area. Cutting corners in these situations is unacceptable and is clearly a desperate attempt from the current government to finish this terrible project before they are elected out.
