I’m not sure why a proposal…

I’m not sure why a proposal is being put forward that goes against any green or health of an environment ideal. It seems like taking a giant step backwards and not considering any ecosystem for both humans and animals. Rather, a greedy proposal to have something built in haste with no testing, consideration or even discussion. It’s unfortunate that people are making noise, but seem to not be heard or deliberately overlooked.
