I write to oppose - in the strongest possible terms - the dumping of raw sewage into the West Chanel! On what planet is raw sewage in waters in which people swim & play on beeches, and which support multitude of live beings, a good idea? There is NO reason that justifies it and the building of a spa/parking lot is most certainly not good enough justification. In short, if this was to complicated - I strongly oppose raw sewage on the grounds of protecting human health and animal and water life.
