I object to having to having the odour of feces and piss as a permanent feature on the Harbour Front, notwithstanding the fact that recreation centers in Toronto area are underfunded at a time when the province is eager to direct billions of taxpayer money at an elitist project nobody wanted. Instead of financing local rec centers and other social infrastructure that greatly benefits all income levels in our society, please consider directing the taxpayers' billions towards our needed social infrastructure.
