This is a terrible idea for the city and immediate community. That area is a public park and active beach...which we don't have a lot of. This decision will further decay the city, and is based on a corrupt deal with Therme. There is NO WAY we should let this pass. It is disgusting how hidden this process is and the public has NOT been made aware. Authorities should be ashamed for trying to pass this corruption through without adequate public consult. You will be destroying valuable Toronto waterfront and lake access. SHAME!!!!
