It is not in the interest of Ontarians because:

1.The proposal will divert the combined sewer from the beach at the proposed Mega Spa, to be discharged into the West Channel instead.
2. This change will affect safety and enjoyment of the West Channel beach, swimming, fishing, and habitat for those species that live there.
3.There are no environmental studies on the effects of this proposal 4. There is no publicized plan of how it is to be managed.
5 The whole project of the Therme Mega Spa has been rushed through legislation without proper public consultation or published environmental effects analysis

Therefore please deny the proposal.
