This comment is regarding the interim combined sewer to support development at 955 Lake Shore Boulevard (Ontario Place). This permit should not be approved as it will allow discharge of raw sewage into Lake Ontario. This is 2025 and the idea of intentionally polluting one of our Great Lakes is outrageous. There are international agreements to protect water quality and habitat in the Great Lakes but I suppose the Ford Government will use Ontario taxpayer dollars to pay any fines imposed for ignoring these agreements, or perhaps he is banking that Trump will agree that private money outweighs what is best for our natural resources and will ignore this environmental crime. Please deny this permit.
