This sounds a lot ridiculous. It SHOULD take time to make sure that we protect endangered species. If a house takes 6 more months to build but maybe we prevent extinction of a species then guess what...its a no brainer. Biodiversity should trump profit every single time. If a developer loses money because they need to restore or protect habitat that's too bad. Do better. You have been elected to serve the people of Ontario...all people not just the ones with deep pockets. Our ecosystem belongs to the people and should never be jeopardized for the few. Smarten up.
