These changes will harm endangered species and gut environmental protections in Ontario. Taking this action shows a blatant disregard for the natural world and essentially allows free rein to destroy the environment for large industry. As a biologist and as a human being, I am disappointed in this government and these changes and hope there will be a movement to make you reconsider. Species protections were already insufficient, and now they’ll be nonexistent. A disappointing day for Ontario and Canada.
