This proposed amendment is ridiculous and the "Protect Ontario by Unleashing our Economy Act, 2025" is a joke. We should not be favouring destroying the environment just so big developers have less hoops to go through. These procedures are in place to protect our species at risk and other species so they also don't end up becoming endangered. Stop trying to use current political events to get what you've wanted from the start, which is to scrap environmental laws so a certain individuals buddies can develop green belt land and more without environmental consultations. Changing this act will only hurt Ontario more, not benefit it.
Just NO. We don't want any reforms to this! Leave it as it is!
