If you are going to change…

If you are going to change policies that have been successful in what they were designed to do, I believe YOU are required to show us any scientific research that suggests what you are doing will not negatively impact the species on the list. The burden of proof should be kept with those changing the policy. You should not be requesting for the public to supply you with documentation when you have not given us any at all.
