This is insane! This is a time when we need to improve environmental protection laws, not go backwards! We teach children to not litter, to save water and energy, to care for the earth and creatures on it - why do politicians think it’s ok to teach and do otherwise? Every single turtle species in Ontario is at risk, invasive species are taking over more and more and it’s only going to get worse. This proposal is absolutely terrible. It’s shameful and embarrassing how Doug Ford’s government doesn’t care about the environment…or health, or education.
