Hi there, this is not a good idea. Endangered and protected species need to stay protected. The interdependence of species means that what endangers birds can ripple out and affect other species and that includes us! I do not support these changes and question whether the removal is being done to clear the way for development and speed up construction. While I understand the push for housing and highways, we will not get these species back if we destroy their habitat and it is shortsighted of us to assume their loss will not be our own in some way as well. You need only to follow the massive migration of birds that is currently (early May) happening right now to recognize the impact of birds to our ecosystems. I urge you to reconsider this harmful change and maintain protections for endangered species.
