I am against this proposed…

I am against this proposed change. We have already lost so much habitat and countless species. Others are affected daily by decimation of natural areas for the building of highways, housing, retail and other commercial development. To speed up this process even further will remove what little protection is left to properly identify what even exists in a space before it's demolished by construction work and machinery.
We need to save what precious little green space is left and take more care in our actions, not less!
