horrible idea. just speeds up our environmental destruction for no gain, threatening extinction of endangered species
but how much good will this public comment even do? last time there was an overwhelming negative response in regards to the bike lanes, the conservatives just went straight through, ignoring over 19,000 comments whose majority were against the "reducing gridlock, saving you time" bill (which, honestly, is a horribly duplicitous name for a bill that would not have any effect on gridlock. similar to the name of this bill, "protecting ontario by unleashing our economy". I would say shame, but it is clear our current premier has none)
premier ford seems to have forgotten that he did not win the popular vote, and that less than 18% of eligible voters actually voted for him. his will is not that of the will of the people, and he must stop acting like it is
