I oppose the changes outlined in this act, and I think that it makes it entirely too easy for corporations to get around the protections that are in place for endangered species and the environment as a whole. If there are inefficiencies in the existing system, then they should be addressed however we should not be making it easier For corporations to skirt their responsibility to protect endangered species. .

The name of this act is also extremely misleading and is clearly written that way in order to trick people to think that this is actually to protect the environment when this is only being written to protect the pockets of corporations and those who are going to financially benefit from these.

I do not want to see this bill past until there are very strict guidelines that ensure the endangered species and protected environments will continue to be protected with the utmost caution and scrutiny towards those who are trying to develop and build on top of those lands.
