As someone that has grown up in this province and seen the Ontario's environmental projections be continually stripped back by this level of government for reasons that abandon a science first approach all to the benefit of mega developers, I do not support this legislation and to borrow the immortal words of Gandalf played by the excellent Sir Ian McKellen this bill "shall not pass".

Hwy 413 is not a good project, the provincial governments own reports state this. Ontario place spa is an affront to environmental protections. The 401 tunnel is a joke of a concept and would be a massive money pit on top of the numerous environmental impacts. All these mega projects need to be stopped.

We have one environment, we all live in it, we cannot remove protections and tell fish, birds, frogs and turtles they need to file their own paperwork to claim a remote chance of provincial protection instead of being good stewards and protecting them first.

Stop this bill, keep the endangered species act strong!!!
