Please do not approve this bill. It will be detrimental to our ecology. Replacing the endangered species act all together is a huge step backwards. The proposed “economic zones” make no sense and are not democratic. They give Ford and his developer friends too much power. Their goal is profit, not infrastructure for ontario citizens. Ford has made so many bad business deals with developers for personal gain on our tax dollars, it needs to stop. This bill will only make things worse not just for wildlife but for the people of Ontario too.
