As a Canadian I feel pride…

As a Canadian I feel pride in our natural environment and this is a straight up assault on Canadians and the natural world we live in. Allowing exemptions to provincial legislation is a sure fire way to destroy habitats, our water sources (including drinking water which I’m sure you can agree is vital) and other inhabitants of the land. The changes proposed in this bill will impact everything both in direct ways and indirect ways. It appears the ford government has forgotten that we are part of an ecosystem and without protection of natural resources we are putting our lives at risk as well. I strongly urge the government to take this bill off the table as the only people who will benefit are developers, who may or may not be friends of Ford as we have seen in the past.
