Please do not approve this act. It is not well planned. It's not appropriate for the government to prioritize development and not have a rehabilitation, recovery, or management plan. The act should not rely on voluntary initiatives to help protect species. The magnitude of impact of these changes has not been appropriately considered for long term speciea impact in Ontario.
