Dear Mr. Premier,
I strongly urge you to rethink this bill. Our wildlife, our habitats, and the environment are all crucial to our survival. We need these wildlife habitats. These species have been around FAR longer than us humans have, and I find the lack of care for these animals disgusting. No person should have the rights to buy land and destroy what nature has built itself. The wetlands we have help to reduce flooding, the animals that live here keep the food chain alive. You might not care about the planet, and about the animals here, but we do!
I will not sit in silence while multiple BILLIONAIRES and rich people hold all the power and decide the future for the entire planet, all so they can get extra money into their pockets.
You have consistently made terrible decisions regarding our environment by trying to build highways through our wetlands, and now this?
With all that is happening in the states you have the power to do good, and to make Canada a better country. You have power to make life better for us Canadians, and for the creatures that live here.
Why is it fair for one race to destroy the planet for the rest of them?
I please ask of you to rethink this atrocious decision to remove habitat protection. Be the better person, be the change, be a good Canadian.
Thank you.
