As a resident, I am stronly opposed to this Bill. There is not enough care for the environment already. We cannot afford to put the Earth in jeopardy by haphazardly building. There should be respect and care for the environment so that the structures being built will not be on a wasteland in 10 years. We should be teaching about environment respect and protection to children and even adults who gave forgotten his to respect the Earth and each other.
