Commentaire
Bill 5 goes completely against the democratic principles inherent in our current legislation. This legislature does NOT have the mandate to undermine all the progress in environment, civil and democratic process and protection established over the past decades. This bill destroys the transparency and accountability long fought for and needed in a mature and functional democracy. There is NO economic justification for this kind of legislation. It is pure greed and power lust that is on display here, period.
