I vehemently oppose Bill 5. I want strong environmental protections, particularly for at risk species & to prevent more species becoming at risk. It is our responsibility to protect the environment & species within that we, as humans, have impacted so profoundly. It is our greed, ignorance & lack of conscience that has and is contributing to a shocking loss of biodiversity. This is ultimately bad for us all. I oppose allowing shortcuts for industry with no public oversight. I also oppose overriding the law in special economic zones. Bill 5 is not what I voted for.
