Doug Ford got busted selling off the Greenbelt illegally and with little public oversight, so now he's attempting to pass this bill, which gives him direct power to do exactly what he is being investigated for doing illegally. This is crooked and corrupt. In such pressing times, with climate change quite literally blowing the reserected dust bowl into Canada from the United States, the last thing our province needs to be doing is focusing souly on development. We need trees, wet lands, marshes, our green lands PROTECTED! The endangered species that habitate these lands were here before us, and deserve to continue surviving along side us. Bill 5 eliminates their survival by fast tracking developments on top of their homes. Most of these lands become unstable when stripped of their ecological significance, so what exactly is the point of destroying them to create unaffordable homes and developments that will eventually sink into the soft, unrooted grounds? Stop paving paradise to put up parking lots. Stop Bill 5.
It's also pretty pathetic of our premier to block his constituents on his verified social media accounts, for contesting his crooked governing styles. His phone number is supposed to be 'open for business' but not to everybody. You have to agree with Douglas Fraudulent or your opinions don't matter. Stop Bill 5.
