I oppose bill 5. I want stronger environmental protections and the protection of endangered species. I oppose shortcuts for industry. I oppose overriding the law in special economic zones. The Ford government should be absolutely ashamed of themselves, with the current state of our climate, that they want to destroy the environment that makes Canada beautiful. They are threatening biodiversity and the future of this Province’s environment. Destroying Ontario’s natural environment will not make Ontario great, this bill is an absolute disgrace, shame on the Ford government for thinking any bill of this sort is appropriate.
