I wholly disagree with this…

I wholly disagree with this bill and everything it stands for, and those I’ve spoken to in my community feel the same. I would like stronger protections for endangered species, not weaker. This bill would be such a massive step backwards in terms of Canada’s commitments to environmental justice and reconciliation with Indigenous communities, and I truly hope that those in power will reconsider. At the very least, it’s not a good look on the Ford government, which is already under massive scrutiny for the redevelopment of Ontario Place.
