I oppose this act. At a time when our enviroment is already suffering, and we are actively losing biodiversity we need to protect areas that house native plants and animals.
We need to come up with creative solutions for industrial growth, under utilized office and commercial bulidings should be assessed for use. Developement outside of our rich farm land in southern Ontario. Look to Northern Ontario for expansion, how do we grow outside of the GTA and other major areas.

I will never cast my vote to someone who cannot see long term consequences of developing in areas that have environmental protections, or have them removed for development.
