I do not support Bill 5. It was initially enacted in 2007, and in order for our environments to fully recover, we need to wait longer than 18 years. Our land is valuable, our flora and fauna is priceless. We should not abandon our duty to protect our environment for short term profit. In the coming times, I think our untouched forests and conserved wildlife will save us from much more than we expect. Not even mentioning how this might contaminate a lot of our fresh water lakes and rivers. Ensuring building oversight will also ensure workers rights are being followed and respected, and also that corners will not be cut in building materials. We need to hold corperations accountable now more than ever. Once again, I oppose bill 5. I will never support bill 5 and think a stronger protection for our environment is needed. Thank you.
