Please do not pass this bill , rethink and reword this as "registering" makes it far to easy to proceed and destroy habitats . Yes you say they must follow the "rules" but there is no guarntee that will happen and wildlife and their habitats will be destroyed then what do you do ? fine them ?? too late for the wildlife they have destroyed !!!!
