I oppose Bill 5. Ontario had many protected habitats and wetlands that we have to protect. Removing harassing an animal in its habitat from the ESA is wrong, and allowing developers access to our protected lands will have devastating effects on our environment. I strongly stand for environmental protects which this bill aims to remove.
