Yes, Bill 5 The Endangered Species Act is complicated and takes time to implement - but this can be improved. What it does do is threaten nature, indigenous rights, and our democratic process.

I urge the Ontario government to withdraw Bill 5 and instead work with environmental experts and indigenous leaders to create a plan that respects nature and democracy, at the same time recognizing the importance of moving quickly.
