I oppose Bill 5.

I do not think it is responsible or appropriate to avoid environmental assessments for development projects. I feel it's a dangerously irresponsible idea that will result in further environmental degradation putting extremely vulnerable species at risk.

I want to strengthen environmental protections that are currently in place, weakening them means a weaker physical environment for us to live in, which will have negative impacts on our health, our economy, and our resiliency to climate change.

I oppose shortcuts for industry and development. There's no industry or economy on a dead planet.
